I . The conditions set out below, in addition to the guidelines issued by the Company, Beit A1 Hadeed Sports Center from time to time, are the conditions governing the relationship between the signing member on this application and the Company. The member must abide all written instructions of the Company in this application as well as the instructions on the internal boards of the center and the administrative circulars that may be issued by the Companyin the future, and the member acknowledges that any manuals, such as (membership guide, user’s manual or sports guide…) and any periodical publications issued by the Company shall be an integral part of these conditions and the member accepts them and complies with them without any objection and the member acknowledges to have been informed of all the guides annexed to this membership mentioned below and has accepted them as part of these conditions and this membership.

2. The legal ages to join the center shall be only 18 years and above.

3. The general rules, customs and traditions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia must be respected and observed.

4. The member shall exercise during the official working hours of the center, and no activity is permitted during prayer times, and it shall be prohibited to enter the center during prayer times.

5. The Centre has the absolute right to determine or change the working hours as it deems appropriate.

‏6. Iron House Company has the right in all its branches to play music, with the exception of, When prayer begins according to the local time of the city in which the branch is located. The music resumes after the end of the prayer.

‏ 7. The subscriber must enter his mobile number or subscription number that is recorded in the subscription form on every visit he makes to any branch of Iron House Company.

8.The lockers shall be leased to the member only during the hours of his presence in the center and the management is entitled to empty the contents of the lockers by breaking the lock at the end of the official working hours without incurring any liability as a result thereof and the member shall pay for the value of changing the lock.

9. The towels provided by the centers as services to the members in certain categories upon entry are under the custody of the member and must be returned before leaving the center.

10. The member must not park his car in front of the homes of the neighbors of the center or nearby shops, and in any case the Company shall not be responsible for any damage to the car or loss of any items inside the car, whether inside or outside the center prermses.

11. The Company shall not incur any liability for any injuries to the member (God forbids) and the member must take adequate care for his safety and the safety of others and follow the instructions of the trainer during the exercise, and the member must inform the trainer in case of any health problems before any physical activity.

I O. The Company shall not be liable for the loss of any personal

belongings in the center.

12 .The Company reserves its right to close any of its centers or any of the facilities at any center without prior notice and without any liability to the Company and the temporary or permanent closure of the center do not mean loss of benefit where the member is entitled to go to the nearest branch available.

13.The membership amount for any of Beit A1 Hadid Sports Centers is not refundable after payment.

14.The member may receive marketing campaigns through e-mail, as well as the latest offers and news of members or via SMS.

15.The Company shall be entitled to cancel the membership without paying any compensation to the members in the following cases:

A. If the membership is used by anyone other than the member.

B. If the member misbehaves or has disturbed the members, or does not abide by the instructions and regulations of the Center.

C. If the member has committed verbal or physical abuse to any of the Center’s employees.

D. Promotion of any product or item within the Iron House Sports

Centers.

E. Providing any service related to personal training.

16.Prohibited items must be avoided by the member:

A- Smoking is strictly prohibited in or outside the center’s premises.

B- suitable sneakers shall not be permitted.

C- It is strictly prohibited to throw weights on the floor in the weight lifting room or removing them from the room, and the properties of the club must be preserved, and all the equipment must be handled carefully, and the member is fully responsible for any damages incurred to any of the machines due to misuse.

D- The exercise when the electricity is interrupted shall be prohibited and the member must stop immediately until he is notified to return to the exercise by the Director of the Center or the person in charge for his own safety.

E- It shall be prohibited to give any employee or trainer at the

F- center any money or gifts, and the member shall be solely responsible for payment of any sums of money to the trainers for any reason.

It shall be prohibited to enter or market hormones and steroids of different kinds to the center, and the trainers or employees of Iron House are not allowed to sell nutrition supplements, such as proteins and others, in which case the management of the center must be informed of the existence of a violation.

G- It is forbidden to bring visitors and children to the center.

H- The members are prohibited to enter to the accommodations of the employees.

Photography inside the center is forbidden.

17. The member agrees to have his photograph and fingerprint taken in order to activate his membership.

18. The member must receive the receipt in respect of any payment made, which is the only approved document by Iron House Company.

19. Sports activities are not allowed on the treadmills for those with a weight above 150 kg.

20.1f the centers are closed for compelling reasons and beyond their control, the member shall be directed to the nearest available center to ensure benefit from the membership, and if the replacement is not found, a period equal to the period when the center was closed will be added to the membership of the customer.

21. The member is not entitled to object to the number of members in the center.

22. The member may not claim for unused days if the service is available.

24. The members may suspend the membership in accordance with the terms of transfer and suspension of Iron House Sports Company.

25.The Iron House Sports Company shall be entitled to photograph the center, including members at any time, and to use these photos freely.

26. The renewal of the membership of anyone violating the terms and conditions of this agreement shall be prohibited.

27.The Company is Committed to the date set out therein and the customer is not entitled to postpone, and if the member enters the center before the date specifed, the membership is activated from the frst entry date (specifed be the customer as per the memberships start policy).
